The Solutions Engineering team\'s vision is to be the engineering team that adds the most business value in the shortest amount of time. We develop impactful applications, products, tools, and utilities to ensure our clients have the best possible service. You put the name and we provide what we call Solutions. We are the ones that close the gap between Engineering and Business to resolve the needs that Stuart users have that are not addressed directly by the platform
This role will have a huge impact in a newly forming department where there are still many things yet to be defined. In a sense, it will be like joining a Startup inside a Startup
This position is available to work in a hybrid model home/office from either Barcelona or Madrid

What will I be doing?

    • Developing and maintaining internal tools for our corporate teams such as Finance or HR
    • Integrating all our internal tools, in order to build a seamless internal software ecosystem
    • Be in close and direct contact with stakeholders to scope, design, and deliver Solutions based on gathered requirements
    • Proactively taking measures to protect the developed internal ecosystem

What do we need from you?

    • 3y+ software development experience
    • 1y+ experience in NodeJS, Typescript, Express, or similar frameworks
    • Experience in exchanging information with SFTP servers and manipulating comma-separated files
    • Experience in authenticating and consuming REST and GQL APIs
    • Experience in parsing XML and JSON
    • Experience with internal business software such as HRIS, Procurement software, CRMs…
    • Experience using and maintaining Docker images
    • Highly valuable previous experience working on corporate tools projects
    • A proactive and highly autonomous personality
    • Fluent in English for team collaboration
    • Security and privacy mindset
